These are my insights about my own theories and researches that might help some one, and keep me focused and with a kind a resume/diary.
Just what i research and use.
Exercise
Studies says, that we should at least exercise often, with a sedentary lifestyle, we should do the possible to invert the effects of Sedentarism.
Adults should do some type of physical activity every day. Exercise just once or twice a week can reduce the risk of heart disease or stroke.
Do strengthening activities that work all the major muscle groups (legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders and arms) on at least
Do at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity a week or 75 minutes of vigorous intensity activity a week
Make an exercise plan and stick to it!
Meditation / Sleep
This is something that took me a while to find a way that helped me meditating, since I’m a very distracted person, it’s hard to me to meditate.
What are the advantages of meditation?
Super Focus (like a super power to me)
Be with a better mood, and more patient (having children this is important!)
A good night of sleep makes miracles as well.
Here are some advices and helpers:
Find a room with a low light and quiet
Get yourself comfortable, this means, in a chair/sofa/floor/etc
See how long you can be meditating, and organize yourself so while you’re meditating, don’t be interrupted.
Apps that I’ve used/tried that helped me:

Intermittent Fasting
